Meet Rumbi Petrozzello

Rumbi Petrozzello is a CPA, forensic accountant, and workplace strategist who helps organizations solve the problems where money and people meet. She began her career as an auditor and built her practice on a conviction that has guided every engagement since: she is a problem solver, and every problem has more than one path to a solution.

Her work spans forensic investigations, shareholder disputes, asset tracing, and internal control assessments, alongside culture, change management, and inclusive leadership strategy for executive teams. Clients value her for pairing a forensic accountant's rigor with a clear view of how culture, incentives, and leadership shape the numbers.

Rumbi serves on the boards of the American Institute of CPAs and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, and on the board of Buxton Helmsley. She served as President of the New York State Society of CPAs, the first woman of color elected to that role. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.

Outside of work, Rumbi runs half marathons, collects penguins, and finds new adventures around the world.
